	Resultant action	We send you:	HOLIDAY OFFER
			Lists your booking decision Quotes a total price Secures your villa/s for 3 days while you organise flights, etc


Step 2	Confirm booking		Tell us you have your flights Make last changes/additions Confirm a final price for villa/s and extras

	Resultant action	You send us:	Your Booking Form action Payment of 20% deposit (or if within 10 weeks of starting your holiday – full payment)


Step 3	Full payment		We send you a final invoice/reminder 10 weeks before your holiday (or straight away if you book within the 10 weeks)

	Resultant action		You send us APPROPRIATE PAYMENT
