What Does Your Payment Cover?

Your basic payment (as shown in the villas price charts) covers

• The use of the booked villa and all the facilities, furniture, furnishings and equipment normally attached as advertised and itemised in the inventory
• Use of the electricity, water, and (if supplied) gas
• A complete set of clean bed and bathroom linen per week
• One complete house clean and bed making per week
• Welcome drinks selection
• A mobile phone with useful and emergency numbers programmed in - also you can buy a top up card and use this phone for personal local or international calls.
• Professional care of the gardens, open land, road and car parking hard standing around the villa
• Unlimited use of a shared or private swimming pool
• Professional care of and cleaning of the swimming pool
• Local taxes, charges, etc.
• A local representative of Destination Crete who for the duration of your holiday, be on call to help if you have any difficulties, cause for complaint or shortcomings in respect of the villa you occupy or the facilities, furniture, furnishings and equipment

Your payment may cover, if you have ordered them as extras

• Mid–week house clean and stripping and remaking of beds
• Use of air conditioning

Your payment will not cover

• Air fares and the booking of flights
• Transfer transportation in Crete from Airport or Ferry Port to your villa and back on your homeward trip (but we can book a hire car for you to be collected at the airport and give explicit directions guiding you to your villa - or there are taxis aplenty at the airports or ports)
• Transfer transportation in Crete from home to your departure airport and vice versa on your homeward trip;
• Travel insurance
• One or more hire car/s - but we can book for you at very competitive prices - you pay the car hirefirm direct in Euros as you pick up the car upon arrival.

Optional Extras

**LARGE GROUPS Have you a large group of 7 to 12 persons? Why not book both the other two villas on this site - Ajax and Achilles? This gives you accommodation for up to 8 persons in 4 bedrooms plus 4 on bed settees. These two houses are linked by the pool so work well as a single unit, with a private swimming pool.

**EVEN LARGER The 3 houses share a gated exclusive site and hiring the whole lot gives you accommodation for up to 18 persons – 12 in bedrooms and 6 on bed settees.
